AM-I.
The AM-I is a panel cutter available to cut roll widths up to 330cm. This is ideal for creating panels for curtains or tablecloths prior to sewing or for short cloth runs to be folded by hand and bagged for delivery.
The AM-Range is the perfect cutting machine for making fast accurate cuts for samples or production. Available with both horizontal and vertical cutters, fabric can be cut to length and width as required in one process.

The AM-II takes the panel cutting design of the AM-I and adds the facility to slit along the length of the cloth. A number of cutters can be added to slit the width into smaller sections and create many panels in one operation.
In addition to the AM models we have produced slitting machines for roll to roll applications of heavy weight technical textiles that require tension control, heavy weight airshaft winding systems and either knife slits, hot knife slits or ultrasonic cutters for a sealed edge to prevent fraying.
All AM machines have additional options that are available.
The operator can push the cutter across or it can be fitted to a powered cylinder and traverse automatically.
The MM-II counter is standard on all AM models to enable the machine to stop at the pre-set measurement.
For the cut fabric panels to drop into and take onto the next process.
If needed we can fit overhead and under surface light box to help with inspection and quality control work..
To fold the cloth panels as they come off the machine. Ideal for folding into a bag for dispatch.
