Hello and welcome to another instalment of the Polymaster newsletter!!

We have just installed a new machine in the South of England for a chemical suit manufacturer to link with some of their existing machinery. Our machine combines our counter and measuring technologies with their already existing cutting machine to create the chemical suit sections that go to form the full suits. We will have a video of this soon on the website.

We currently have a 3.3 meter wide PM-IV in production with full edge guidance and reverse system along with our new vacuum clamping system to assist in cutting folded fabrics straight. This will be on its way to London in the next few weeks.

We also have an AM slitting machine in production bound for the USA for slitting curtains used in cubicles for hospitals across the world. Complete with our MM-II Counter to stop the machine at a pre-set length the machine then cuts the material for the curtain to be taken to the next stage of production.

Our website has now become one of our main sources of enquiry as we progress up the rankings in Google, the new Bing decision engine from Microsoft and many more. The internet is allowing us to showcase our products to the whole world and with a click of a button you can see them in action too, along with all the options available to you.

Not only do Polymaster design and build a variety of textile machinery but we also supply sample making machinery built by Polytex in Switzerland. All sample requirements are catered for including cutting/pinking, waterfall machines, adhesives, heat seal products and all other consumables including cutting boards and blades.
