Hello and welcome to our June issue of the Polymaster newsletter.

We have just confirmed orders for two of our PM-II rolling machines which will be heading to Egypt in the next few weeks.

Following the development and success of our vacuum clamping system for Romo in Nottinghamshire we have started on a new project for them to improve their wide width cutting and dispatch department even further.The new machine will allow wide fabrics to be cut to length and folded in one easy process so they are ready for packaging and dispatch to the customer. We will have more updates about this in our next newsletter along with details on the Polymaster website.

Below are images of our latest panel cutting machine heading to the USA. This utilises our MM-II Counter to stop the machine at a pre-programmed length and the operator can then push the cut button to clamp the fabric and drive the cutter across the fabric.
As the button is released the clamp disengages, the fabric falls into the catch trolley, and the cutter returns to the start position. The next piece can then be cut with no need to re-thread the fabric or have the operator move away from the console.

Not only do Polymaster design and build a variety of textile machinery but we also supply sample making machinery built by Polytex in Switzerland. All sample requirements are catered for including cutting/pinking, waterfall machines, adhesives, heat seal products and all other consumables including cutting boards and blades.
