Hello and welcome once again to the Polymaster newsletter!!

With half the year already behind us we are looking forward to more orders and a bit of a new direction for Polymaster in the second part of the year. Our latest machines out of production will be on their way to Egypt very shortly and we have orders for various new machines including a PM-III to go over the hills to Lancashire for rolling, measuring and inspection purposes. We will also be looking at replacing their ageing inspection machinery throughout the whole of the factory in the longer term.

Polymaster are currently planning and designing a complete warehouse solution of which we will be documenting from start to finish and will be able to bring you more detail of in the future.

Our PM roll to roll machines enable you to do cut length work, inspect and re-roll with one machine. From our more basic PM-II to our most advanced PM-IV we have the product to suit your budget and product requirements.

Increase accuracy with our MM-I and MM-II counters and prevent giving away extra fabric to your customers. Likewise check your suppliers are providing you with accurate stock and you are paying for exactly what you ordered.

Inspect with our IM range of machines. Combined with large inspection surface, light boxes and overhead lights identifying faults has never been simpler.

Fold onto half width tubes or boards with the CL range available for fabrics up to 3.3 meters wide.

Slit panels with our AM range available with multiple vertical cutters and horizontal cutter for variable panel widths. This is available for fabric widths up to 3.3 meters.

Although many of Polymaster's machines work from a base design the majority are tweaked to our customers' exact requirements but sometimes we need to create a special design from scratch. Polymaster's bespoke machines give you a total solution to your current textile problems designed around your business and way of working, ensuring you are able to input on the design every step of the way.

Not only do Polymaster design and build a variety of textile machinery but we also supply sample making machinery built by Polytex in Switzerland. All sample requirements are catered for including cutting/pinking, waterfall machines, adhesives, heat seal products and all other consumables including cutting boards and blades.
