Happy Christmas and welcome to the December Polymaster newsletter.

We are busy getting ready for the Heimtextil Exhibition in Frankfurt. We hope to see you there between 13-16 January 2010, we will be exhibiting in Hall 4.2, Walkway B, Stand 73 along with Polytex.

As far as our enquiries and orders are shaping up we are seeing an ever increasing demand for wide machines, able to handle up to 3.3 meter widths to cut, fold, measure, slit and inspect. Some of our latest products have incorporated a folding frame as an addition to our standard rolling machines. This can be retro fitted to an existing machine or requested as an option on a new machine.

This design (as seen below) gives huge flexibility in it's application. The rolling machine itself can be used to handle widths up to 3.3 meters for measuring, cutting and inspection purposes. Combine it with the additional folding frame and you have the versatility to supply to your customers in full 3.3m widths or folded widths of 1.7m.

The frame can also be used as an unfolding unit so you can receive material from suppliers in both full width format and be able to handle them and distribute them according to your or your customers' requirements.

There is a big push towards the full width area of the market and those who are prepared best will be the ones who succeed. Polymaster create solutions to all the problems associated with full width material creating a more efficient way of working and a superior product cut and presentation.

Our first machine with additional modular folding frame will be on its way to Belgium very shortly.
