Hello and welcome to the Polymaster newsletter.

August has so far brought a whole host of enquiries from around the world from both existing and new customers.

Our new vacuum and laser system is allowing companies to cut folded fabric with ease and a straight edge. This can eliminate having to unfold fabrics to cut, and then fold again for despatch therefore saving precious man hours. The quality of the cut also helps reduce any comeback from customers who may have expressed their concern at poor edges in the past. Saving money and keeping customers happy, two more great things about Polymaster machinery.

Our latest innovation is the linking of Polymaster machines to a computer based fault logging system so that all faults found in a fabric length are stored quickly and precisely. Using a digital touch screen an operator can log faults at the touch of a screen. This creates a comprehensive digital fault report which can be used in a variety of ways. Prove to your suppliers the concerns you have with their fabrics, allow cut lengths to eliminate fabrics with a fault area or work around them to use the fabric piece more economically. You can even link the data to external fabric cutting or printing machines...with some input from our software designers.

However not everyone requires our most advanced products and of course we still design, manufacture and sell the simple machines too. If you just require roll to roll measuring and cutting our PM range starts from just over €4000. Whatever your requirements, we have the answer.
